Any reproduction, distribution, public display or commercial use without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may lead to civil and criminal consequences.
You as a user are solely responsible for ensuring that all information you provide (e.g. identity data, contact details, payment information) is correct, complete and up to date. Incorrect or misleading information may result in account suspension, withheld withdrawals or further legal measures. Your personal data is processed only in accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR requirements. We maintain high standards of data security and transparency.
All investment and trading decisions you make via Fern Investbury — whether manual or via AI automation — are entirely your own responsibility and risk. Fern Investbury provides a technical infrastructure but does not offer personalised investment advice, recommendations or profit guarantees. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect is deemed acceptance of those changes. For material changes you are free to close your account.
